When you want your mash absolutely consistently mashed

Normal Mash is inconsistent. Even our great, and best mashtastic ™ mash is inconsistently mashed. This is because when we mash our whole pre-mash ™ mashtastic ™ potato, the outside mash is mashier than the center mash. Our mashtastic mashines need to apply more mashing power to mash to the center to achieve a consistent mash. This is all simplified with our MashCore product - part of a 2 step mashing process that can be repeated at home.

Normal mashing

Normal mash mashed as solid mash where mash doesn't mash center mash. To achieve consistent mash, more power and mashing is needed. This can waste mashing power having mashing be unreached by parts of mash.

Mash, Cored

Mash mashed by repeating our mash to the core and outside separately means a nice even mash. This page background should be black.

MashCore ™

Because our new MashCore product allows even an unskilled masher to mash mash consistently, our MashCore process is a repeatable mash plan, allowing for consistent mashing at home.

Normal Mash is Mashed from Solid Pre-Mash

This means the mash from the outer section is mashier than the mash from the center. Some areas of the potato are isolated from a normal mashing process, leaving inconsistent mash, and lumpy areas unreached by mashing.

Our new MashCore removes the center mash for later processing

By mashing the core separately, every area of our potatoes is able to be reached by our Mashtastic ™ mashers. No more sections unloved by high pressure mashing. Every part of our potato receives a mashing.
